1.1 Registration Eligibility

1.2 Accuracy and Verification of Information

• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• vc66 may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification when needed.
• vc66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account if false information is provided.
• If any account details change, the member must notify the support team immediately.

1.3 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or selling, transferring, or giving away your account, is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact vc66 Support immediately.

2.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount on vc66 is ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. The deposit source must be registered in the member's name.
• vc66 may request additional information or documents to verify the source of a deposit when needed.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit, and it must be registered in the member's name.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• vc66 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal as part of fraud prevention.

2.3 Currency and Conversion

vc66 operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All transactions will be carried out in this currency. vc66 bears no responsibility for any exchange loss resulting from currency conversion.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

vc66 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳31,000.
• The bonus is granted only on the first deposit, and each eligible member may receive it once.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x — applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus balance may be forfeited.

3.3 VIP and Other Promotions

• vc66's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
• Weekly cashback is available at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, Diamond — up to 1.0%.
• Each promotion has its own terms, which are published alongside the offer.
• vc66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If a member attempts to abuse the bonus system, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited.

4.1 Fair Play Policy

vc66 is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. All games are operated through reliable technology. Any form of manipulation, fraud, or system exploitation is strictly prohibited on vc66. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

4.2 Betting Terms

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• vc66 reserves the right to void a bet if an unusual situation arises due to a technical error.
• vc66 may cancel any winnings resulting from a software error or incorrect odds.

4.3 Sports Betting Guidelines

• All sports bets are settled according to the odds displayed on the Site.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount for that bet will be refunded.
• In the case of a postponed match, rules apply separately for each sports category.

• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using the Site for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person to take advantage of bonuses.
• Playing or betting using bots or automated software.
• Using collusive or fraudulent tactics with other members.
• Attempting to breach the Site's security measures or gain unauthorised access to the system.

10.1 Termination by vc66

vc66 may suspend or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• A threat to the security or integrity of the Site.

10.2 Termination by the Member

A member may request account closure at any time through the support team. Before closing the account, any outstanding wagering requirements must be completed and the available balance withdrawn.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the site's privacy policy and responsible gaming policy, form the entire agreement between vc66 and the member.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.

12.3 Language

The original language of these terms is Bengali. Any translation is for convenience only — the Bengali version will prevail in matters of interpretation.

12.4 No Waiver

If vc66 does not enforce a term in a particular case, that does not mean the term will not be enforced in the future.
